Negotiations of a Property Consortium

We assisted the shareholders of a property consortium as one group in negotiations concerning the distribution of the consortium. As a result of our proposed compromises and the value determination statement of our authorized property valuer, the shareholders reached a conclusion that satisfied all parties. They therefore avoided the laborious and uncertain process of partitioning the property.
